Fx2 Software Factory is a company specialized in Microsoft technologies that provides technical support and software factory services to large companies, software providers, financial companies and international organizations. Based in Montevideo -the capital of Uruguay (South America), Fx2 specialises in emerging technologies servicing its customers in Latin America and the United States
Fx2 commissioned Erdödy Consultancy to provide Coaching and International Networking services for their positioning in the United States, particularly in Silicon Valley. The project involved training and mentoring of staff and senior management (on-site in Uruguay), a Potentials Study of the international capabilities of the company to enter the US market, development of a full Strategy for market development and the creation of a network of prospects and clients, as well as improving and adjusting their corporate image. The project concluded with recommendations for growth in different international markets. The project was partially funded by the National Agency of Innovation and Research from Uruguay (Agencia Nacional de Investigacion e Innovacion (ANII)
